Depending on how you use the app, Day Weave may store information such as:
This information is used only to provide Day Weave functionality.
Personal data may include personal tasks, private notes, personal priority preferences, task history, recommendation feedback, and ranking information.
Joining a Day Weave household does not automatically make personal tasks or personal priority information visible to other household members.
Information intentionally created or shared within a Day Weave household may be visible to other members of that household.
Shared information may include household tasks, due dates, scheduled dates, assignments, assignment status, member priority perspectives, resolved household priorities, and completion activity.
Day Weave uses Apple’s CloudKit technology for supported synchronization and household sharing.
CloudKit data is associated with your Apple Account and handled through Apple’s iCloud infrastructure.
Day Weave does not operate a separate cloud database that independently stores copies of your task and household data.
On supported devices, Day Weave may use Apple’s Foundation Models framework to enhance natural-language task interpretation, context extraction, recommendation explanations, and priority-conflict summaries.
Day Weave’s core priority engine does not require a third-party AI service.
The app does not require an OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or other third-party AI API key.
The deterministic priority engine remains functional even when Apple Intelligence is unavailable.
Day Weave may provide an optional Add to Apple Calendar action.
When selected, Day Weave may use Apple’s EventKit or EventKitUI frameworks to help create an Apple Calendar event.
Day Weave does not require access to your full calendar simply to maintain its own task calendar.
Apple Calendar integration is user initiated.
Day Weave may offer Day Weave Unlimited as a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.
Day Weave does not receive or store your full payment-card information.
Where supported, the Day Weave Unlimited entitlement may be shared through Apple Family Sharing.
Apple Family Sharing of a purchase is separate from Day Weave household-data sharing.
Day Weave does not use your task or household data for advertising.
Day Weave does not sell your personal data.
Day Weave does not use third-party advertising SDKs.
If diagnostic or crash information is made available through Apple’s developer tools, it may be used only to improve app stability and quality.
Day Weave data remains on your device and, when applicable, in your iCloud account until it is deleted through the app, removed through supported household-management workflows, or otherwise removed through Apple-provided account and storage controls.
Deleting shared household information may affect other household members who have access to that information.
Day Weave is intended as a general productivity and household-coordination application and is not designed as a child-directed service.
Day Weave relies on Apple’s platform security, local device protections, iCloud infrastructure, CloudKit permissions, and App Store purchase systems.
No software system can guarantee absolute security, but Day Weave is designed to minimize unnecessary data collection and external data exposure.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this document.
