Day Weave helps you prioritize what matters, coordinate shared household responsibilities, delegate tasks, and understand what can safely wait.
Day Weave is a personal and household prioritization app built around four main ideas:
Day Weave is not intended to replace Apple Calendar or become a full project-management system.
You can create personal tasks with information such as title, notes, due date, scheduled date, estimated duration, priority information, and completion status.
Personal tasks remain separate from household-shared tasks unless you intentionally place them into a shared household context.
Household members can coordinate shared responsibilities using shared tasks with due dates, priority perspectives, assignments, assignment status, and completion state.
My Day is your personal prioritized view.
A shared task may appear differently in each member’s My Day because responsibility, assignment state, deadlines, and personal priorities may differ.
Our Day is the shared household view. It can surface important household tasks, assigned responsibilities, unassigned work, priority disagreements, completed shared tasks, and tasks that can wait.
Different household members do not need to rank a task the same way.
For example:
Day Weave does not simply average every disagreement. Deadlines, responsibility, consequences, dependencies, and other structured factors may affect the final recommendation.
Day Weave Unlimited supports household task delegation.

Assigning a task does not automatically mean the recipient has accepted responsibility.
Day Weave’s personal prioritization experience is free.
Day Weave Unlimited is a one-time purchase that unlocks collaborative household intelligence, including:
There is no subscription required for Day Weave Unlimited.
Where supported by Apple, Day Weave Unlimited may be shared using Apple Family Sharing.
Family Sharing shares the purchase entitlement. It does not automatically create a Day Weave household, invite household members, or share Day Weave task data.
On supported devices, Day Weave may use Apple’s Foundation Models to improve natural-language interpretation and explanations.
The core Day Weave priority engine remains deterministic and does not require Apple Intelligence to function.
Day Weave includes its own lightweight task calendar.
If you want an individual task represented in Apple Calendar, use the optional Add to Apple Calendar action where available.
Day Weave uses Apple’s CloudKit technology for supported synchronization and household sharing.
If synchronization appears delayed:
Offline changes may synchronize after connectivity returns.
