# PartForge Software License

PartForge is proprietary software distributed through the Apple App Store.

## License Grant

A lawful purchase or download of PartForge grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PartForge in accordance with the applicable Apple App Store terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

This license does not transfer ownership of PartForge or its source code.

## Restrictions

Except where permitted by applicable law or Apple's applicable license terms, users may not:

- Redistribute PartForge
- Sell unauthorized copies of PartForge
- Repackage PartForge for distribution
- Represent PartForge as their own product
- Remove proprietary notices
- Use PartForge trademarks or branding in a misleading manner

## Source Code

The PartForge source code is proprietary and is not distributed under an open-source license.

Publication of documentation, support material, screenshots, or other information related to PartForge does not grant permission to copy or redistribute the application's source code.

## Apple App Store Terms

PartForge is distributed through Apple's App Store and is also subject to Apple's applicable Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and App Store terms.

Where Apple's applicable terms conflict with this document, the applicable Apple terms govern.

## Third-Party Technologies

PartForge uses Apple operating-system frameworks and services according to their applicable licenses and terms.

Any third-party software incorporated into PartForge remains subject to its respective license.

## Disclaimer

PartForge is provided for workshop organization, inventory management, and project-planning purposes.

Users remain responsible for verifying inventory quantities, purchasing decisions, project requirements, exported information, backups, and other records maintained through the application.
